Nezy Hair Policies

LATE POLICY: Each client will have a 15 minutes grace period. Please communicate with Nezy Hair if you will be later than 15 minutes. A 10% late fee of your service will be applied after 15 minutes. It is important to be aware of timing so that you and other clients can get their full service experience. No call/ no show will not be able to book again. 

DEPOSIT: $25 deposit non-refundable fee is required before any service. No exceptions. This exists so that time is respected on both sides. 

CANCELATIONS: A 24 hour notice is needed when canceling appointments. Life happens at times without warning. Let's both keep each other up to date. Upon cancellation we can reschedule you an appointment. Cancellations with no regard will not be able to book in the future.
 
AFTER HOURS BOOKING: Booking after 6pm will be $100 extra on your service.
