Service Description
Life gets in the way and sometimes we can't detangle our hair the best. That's when Nezy Hair steps in. I will go section by section and release your hair from any matting. I will also provide you hair education to prevent this from happening again. Please note your hair will need restorative work after this service. The base pricing for this service is $100 and every 30 minutes after is an extra $50. Service will come with a shampoo and a simple blow out.
Cancellation Policy
1. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. If you reschedule within 15 days (with proper notice), your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Most services require a $25 deposit. The higher ticket serivces i.e microlocs or starter locs require higher deposit. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice will result in the loss of your deposit. 3. Late Policy: If you’re running late, please communicate. A $15 late fee applies after 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. (If I am late, your service will be discounted. 4. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. 5. Preparation: Please arrive with your previous style taken down if you can. If not, I can provide the service for you for an additional fee for example ($20 for men’s braid or two-strand take-down). 6. Payments: Final payments are due at the end of your service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle via nezyhair@gmail.com , or card via a paylink. No Cash App please. 7. Refunds & Satisfaction: All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your style, please share them before leaving your appointment so adjustments can be made on the spot. You also have up to 7 days to live with your style and provide feedback. If you’re dissatisfied and the issue is fixable, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled to make the necessary corrections.
