Service Description
I understand that you want to improve your hair's health, and I'm rooting for you as well! I want you to have healthy hair, whether you're loced, braided, loose natural, or twsited up! It all starts with you coming in for a consultation and a customized hair care plan. Based on your hair goals and practices, this hair care plan will provide steps you can take to improve your hair health. I'll teach you about hair porosity, scalp care, and the significance of taking care of your ends. The best part is that if I don't have the knowledge, you can tap into my vast network of contacts because success requires collaboration! Only the first 3 customers who book this service will get this price! It's not too late to get your hands on this, book while it's still on sale!
Cancellation Policy
1. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total service cost. If you reschedule within 15 days (with proper notice), your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Most services require a $25 deposit. The higher ticket serivces i.e microlocs or starter locs require higher deposit. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice will result in the loss of your deposit. 3. Late Policy: If you’re running late, please communicate. A $15 late fee applies after 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. (If I am late, your service will be discounted. 4. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. 5. Preparation: Please arrive with your previous style taken down if you can. If not, I can provide the service for you for an additional fee for example ($20 for men’s braid or two-strand take-down). 6. Payments: Final payments are due at the end of your service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle via nezyhair@gmail.com , or card via a paylink. No Cash App please. 7. Refunds & Satisfaction: All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your style, please share them before leaving your appointment so adjustments can be made on the spot. You also have up to 7 days to live with your style and provide feedback. If you’re dissatisfied and the issue is fixable, a follow-up appointment will be scheduled to make the necessary corrections.
